1.24.15 best lap from my first-time running Streets of Willow. 94 degrees ambient during this session 5 lap. Acceptable. Lots of room to improve.
My optimal (1.22) was exactly what I was running in Assetto Corsa and my goal going in. This was directly after a cooldown lap.

My pace was kinda all over the entire day. I would gain half a second then lose it. Gain it again and loose it somewhere else. Couldn't quite string everything together in one prime lap.
I had six 1.24's in the very first session alone! My second lap included.
Sim practice is INVALUABLE! Do it!

Have also come to the conclusion that the F80 is nowhere close to as fun and playful as the E46 on track. E46 over F80 all day long. I said it.

Cornering in the F80 is painful in comparison.
The speed is great but slowing it down takes so much that you are slower than the e46 and on your toes while doing it.
I find braking to be less immediate. Much more planning and executing of the braking in relation to e46. Part speed, part weight, part car balance. Have the exact same bbk on both cars.
Also feel way more scared going fast in the F80. I couldn't grow any balls this weekend on some of the fast sections. (no track insurance either). Tried tons of different lines and corner setups.
