My best lap of the 2014 season at Mont Tremblant. My Pirelli Corsa tires were worn to the limit. In fact the top rubber layer of the front right tire had started to peel off and I was getting the occasional flashing of rear brake pad worn to limit warning. I was also getting a warning that hte PCC (Pro-active Chassis Control) had failed. Basically this system controls the car's suspension. So I was surprised to see that this turned out to be my best lap time of the season. I suspect that having a Porshe GT3-RS on slicks behind us put a bit of pressure to stay ahead!
