It was damp in the morning but soon dried up. I'm gutted I didn't get into the 1 minute 30s today, but traffic and skill got in the way of that. My virtual best of the day was 01:34:13 which I would be very happy with.
What is holding me back now? Skill, bravery or a combination of both. I struggled with my neck and arms in the afternoon so fitness needs improving. I think I could be more aggressive and later on turn-in and sooner on the power.
