What can you say about COTA? Yes, it's an FIA Grade 1 road course right in the middle of Texas. But beyond that, it's smooth, wide, challenging and fast. It features lots of runoff areas, so it's safe to push the limits of the car.

The course starts with a bang as you climb a massive hill. As you make the turn, you flow downhill through esses that keep morphing and changing. Then head through a rollercoaster downhill to a hairpin followed by a massive, high-speed straight. That leads into the stadium section of turns. Finally, through the carousel and a couple of high-speed turns. Whew!

This is a serious track in a first-class facility, so make a trip to Austin if you can. I'll be hitting this track again in the future!
