A brand new track! The circuit at Buttonwillow clockwise. Not just a new layout, this a completely new, additional race track. A rare and special treat in our modern age. And It’s just so happened to also be very good. 

Dropping the hammer at the new track, brought a PB of 2:12.923, the current lap record for Spec P71. We are running the new for 2025 rules nitto 255/50 17. I also tested the Holley HydraMat to failure and found that it was very good at stopping the fuel starvation issues in right turns with the stock system. I ran it almost empty. What you don’t see in the video was the tight 3 way battle for the win with Jack and Chris. Jack and I traded the 1st position back and forth all day until the last session.
Driving these momentum cars with lots of weight to manage is really challenging to drive at the limit and so much fun. Slow cars fast.
