1999 BMW E36 M3 with S54 (328 whp SAE5) at 2525 lbs with fuel and driver. 245/40/17 Hoosier A7 (1st event).Have been on a little bit of a hiatus but felt great to be back at Bimmer Challenge after a 5 month break. Despite the decent lap time I am definitely a little rusty - inputs weren't as smooth as I would like them to be and the lap looks to be a bit forced. Not to mention the indecisive footwork had my right foot competing with my left in certain brake zones. Overall a bit clumsy... Just need to get back in the car sooner than later and dial it back in for some of the bigger events to come. Think with colder temps and a cleaner lap we can get down to the 13's. Looking forward to Bimmer Challenge at Spring Mountain in a few weeks.
